It IS very substantiated--they don't even hide that fact anymore. It's out in the open that they need their donors more than they need their voters. Everytime their is a news report on the Jeb campaign, they talk about his donors putting pressure on him. They never say "voters". Jeb's just one example. Check the list of donors for any of them, even the great ones--they are beholden to them.
