Not even sure what’s sticking out of the water is a head. To me it looks like the head is submerged, facing down and to the right (I sorta see a mouth there) and what’s out of the water may very well be a flipper. But hey, that’s just me.
You are correct,the mouth is under water as witnessed by the mouth’s cattle guard grill,and the 2 rear cameras mistaken as eyes ,attached to a Nascar restrictor plate
