I think Glenn is alive. Since Nick was on top of him and you can see they were ripping out the intestines. It wasn’t Glenn’s. As to see Glenn screaming is because he freaked out. I would too if some one was on top of me dead and having their intestines ripped apart. Too bad both did not jump inside the garbage bin and closed it.
Now should Glenn die, well we need a Walking Dead Grieving Counselor here on FR. Can’t take it if we lose another beloved character hmmm...like Darryl.
Speaking for myself, I'm about to start grieving over the lack of Daryl so far, LOL. We really haven't seen that much of him this season. Can we get more, please?
Well, I have seen some pictures posted of Steven Yeun in costume, apparently filming an episode standing alongside a character that will not be introduced until later this season...

One of the buildings in the alley Glenn was cornered in had a long stairway / fire escape to the 2nd floor. I would have been up those stairs. If the door was locked it could have been blasted open. Im not so sure the dead can figure out how to climb stairs, worst case you wack 4 or five on the way up the stairs and the rest cant get past the staked up bodies. But the writers know what they are doing and that final scene was certainly an epic horrific cliffhanger.
