Barring a Duez ex machina moment like; its really a dream, hallucination, Glenn falling through a manhole cover or being rescued by Howling Mad Murdock in a helicopter, its hard to see how he survives being immobilized under a dead body and surrounded on all sides by many dozens of walkers.
