Psst! Please don’t add bits of Swiss cheese to scrambled eggs while cooking. The worst thing you could do is cut a slice of Swiss cheese into little squares and place them on top of the scrambled eggs as it is cooking with your other ingredients such as ham bits, onion, jalapeno, etc.. It melts and forms a highly appealing spongy texture that is also tastewise highly ADDICTIVE. The worse is when you fold your omelette over in half to place that highly ADDICTIVE Swiss cheese in the center.
