I'm actually surprised at how many posters here object to calling him a woman, because he has not mutilated himself - as if mutilating himself could somehow change his sex from male to female.
When Persian and Chinese archaeologists are excavating the ruins of Los Angeles in several hundred years, they may dig up the tomb of Mr. Jenner, wherein they will find the skeleton of a man and two water balloons.
Saying that he hasn't become a real woman because he hasn't mutilated himself implies that IF he did mutilate himself he would become in some sense a woman is collaborating in this delusion.
What a sad fate in store for this once great country.
