If der Hildebeast gets indicted just after the Dems nominate her at the convention, what next? Could Zer0 declare the election null and void until a new Dem nominee is selected—a year from that time?

Could Zer0 declare the election null and void until a new Dem nominee is selected—a year from that time?Looks like an indictment is forthcoming - if they follow the law. . I don't think Zero can declare an election null and void. . Would be grounds for impeachment?
