The dynamic range isn’t as great as you say it is. Everything in the shot is dim compared to daylight (look at the shadow of the plane (it’s black)), but is made to look bright by the long exposure. And there is a slight amount of blurring, but an exposure of around 60 seconds isn’t going to cause that much, and that’s all that’s needed.

sorry but 60 seconds causes huge blurring- a couple of second will cause a moon shot to be out of focus-

I stand by what I’ve noted- the Ground shadow is darker than any shadow under the plane- much darker- too dark- the dynamic range has been manipulated- the colors als0 like stated are to saturated- but again, that’s a personal opinion- some like it like that-

A long exposure does not even out dynamic range like that- only multiple exposures (HDR) or lifting shadows can do this- The dynamic range between the light in sky and dark of the sky has also been digitally manipulated-

Like I said, there’s lots of indications of a heavy processing in the photo- You can disagree if you like, but my points stand-
