Can someone help me understand what could be the meaning behind the statement - Kaczynski was an experimental subject. I never understood Kaczynski to have been set up or orchestrated by the gov’t. Could it be that that the writer insinuated that Kaczynski displayed to the gov’t what chaos a crazy could create? Therefore, if these types were manipulated (psychologically programed) by the gov’t, similar chaos could be orchestrated?
