‘Trump is not really a conservative’
Maybe not, but no liberal ever acted the way Trump is acting. No liberal has ever written a book anything like Time to get Tough, which hasn’t a liberal idea in it anywhere. And something I’d like to ask, not you, but those who claim Trump is a liberal, why do liberals hate him so much? Why doesn’t he have the support of numerous prominent liberals, if he’s such a liberal himself?
They don't. Liberals even give him the endless courtesy of calling into their shows rather than appearing as real guests (as other candidates typically have to do).
Trump gets more flak from actual conservatives that recognize that "the Donald" is really a populist protectionist and NOT a conservative. These are the conservative voices that Trumpsters endlessly whine are RINO's - even if they have long track records of being steeped in conservative ideology.
The left? LOL. They'd LOVE Trump to be the GOP nominee because they understand he'd be utterly destroyed in a general election. Sure some criticize Trump viciously, especially the illegal alien liberals and their supporters, but most are just watching the show knowing that in the end Trump won't be their election opposition.

This is what I don’t understand. What conservative running out there has any chance to win the general election??? Do you think the entire Democratic base of socialists, liberals, etc, etc, etc, are just going to stay home or say hey, let’s give this Cruz guy a chance?
You’re out of your minds. Is losing and bitching for 4 more years really a better option for you? Trump may not be your definition of conservative but I don’t see any other option. Unless you stick by your convictions and watch this country go down the shitter knowing you thought it would be better to have Hillary than vote for someone who didn’t meet your litmus test. Maybe I’m wrong but I just don’t see a Conservative in the White House unless something drastic happens in the hearts and minds of many people on the other side of the aisle.
trump is not liberal or conservative. he is not caught up in anyone dogma. all he wants to do is solve the problems at hand. which means he could care less about ideology in doing it. if he is elected I hope he leans more to the conservative answers to problems because I think they are the better ones. but I am sure that he could careless about where the an answer comes from just as long as it meets the needs of the situation.
