Who wants Steve Ballmer in their device?
Microsoft wasn’t very smart. When the Lamia flagship phone launched they limited it to AT&T. Why they didn’t make it available to all carriers is beyond me.
Not everyone needed Blackberries, either, but if you need it, you need it.
The Lumia 950 will support a screen, keyboard, and mouse, and full scale Office.
When the iphone first launched it was limited to AT&T only as well.
That was stupid. I’ll never understand it. My Lumia 920 is on Verizon, but it’s the only model Verizon carries. I’ll probably have to switch, and I HATE ATT.
MS is now OS agnostic now. Only reason why Apple isn’t supported is that only Apple supports Apple now. Period. Good example is the MS watch. They’d support Apple but the licensing fees are outrageous.
If it's controlling what I listen to on the radio or watch on TV, I think I'd rather have him than Tim Cook.
When the iPhone launched it was a 1st of it’s kind smartphone...MS Windows phone needs every advantage it can get (all carriers).
US Cellular doesn’t even have that. And AT&T doesn’t have coverage here.
Ping
Tried the win10 upgrade on my win8.1 laptop. Afterward, the speakers didn’t work. Updated the driver, NG. Went back to win8.1.
Linux Mint 17.2 is still my favorite OS.

I understand there's a new TV game show where contestants compete to see who can throw a chair the furthest across an executive office.
Thanks to Lurkina.n.Learnin for the ping!!
“Microsofts problem is that most users in the U.S. already are on Android, which holds 51.4 percent of the mobile OS market”
I went wild with apps a few years back. Now it is mostly Youtube, Netflix and a few business related apps.
I would switch in a heartbeat. For now, my Galaxy SII is still perking along.
There hasn't been a decent TV game show since Junkyard Wars.

Sounds like the 950 will be a first of a kind.
I love my Lumia but the apps for Windows phones are too limited. My bank used to have a Windows app but they discontinued it..bummer, because I used it all the time. When this phone eventually needs to be replaced it won’t be with another Windows phone, that’s for sure!!

Part of the new OS is that it makes moving apps to the Windows system much easier. Our credit union doesn’t have a windows app so that would be a pain ... but I can rely on my wife’s iPhone for mobile deposits.
Everything else can be done on their website.
I love the idea of having a docking system for my phone.
That’s good news, I guess!!
