Quite simply, you do everything humanly possible to ensure THEY DEPORT THEMSELVES. It wouldn't cost the government a thing. As a matter of fact, there would be billions of dollars of windfall from savings to benefits, REDUCED CRIME, REDUCED HOSPITAL VISITS.. There would be a labor shortage, yes, but companies will have to ante up and pay for American workers. Prices will rise a bit, but the savings to benefits would perhaps offset that.

Poooor Mexico would go into the DUMPS from lack of remittance payments.
