He meant to say 97.75%. I HATE COPS because this type of crap is commonplace and no so-called “good cop” stands up to it or prosecutes it. Where is the arrest of these cops by “good cops”?? Huh? Where???

Excuse me, but that's a little bit like expecting "good Muslims" to engage and stop the murder, detonative savagery and rape committed by their "extremist" cousins.

Both approaches of hoping for self-policing are really expecting the enemy to lose to you on purpose.

I expect you know this, and I am not lecturing - merely adding $.02 to the mix.
