I have never recommended Clorox bleach for prepper storage. I do recommend:
Better than Bleach: Use Calcium Hypochlorite to Disinfect Water
Additional you need to be able to treat water with multiple methods as Bleach doesn’t kill everything and doesn’t nothing to treat/remove toxic contaminates.
Does distilling water remove toxins?
If not, what will? Reverse osmosis?
