I had a trial run on what happens during a disaster and realize that I need more preparation plus more money. If you want to take care of yourself and your family, I recommend more preparation. If you will count on government, my recommendation has a minor modification: more Preparation H.

I had a trial run on what happens during a disaster and realize that I need more preparation plus more money. In our case, the Y2K brouhaha was the training exercise. The real thing came on the morning of 09/11/2001.
And then we had *Hurricane Elvis* when we were in Memphis in 2003. A close friend of milady was murdered in her apartment, and I was informed that we were leaving the balmy urban paradise.
No regrets.
