It’s an outline of Camilo Cienfuegos, a hero of the “revolution” who was an anarchist and loyal to Che’. Ironic that both of these, Che and Camilo were eliminated by Fidel.... there can be only One commandante.

Camilo’s plane disappeared over the ocean— rumored to have been killed after doing his duty to arrest Matos in Camaguey, Matos having noticed that communists had infiltrated the “revolution” (no shiite, buckwheat) and directed to be eliminated as well, by Fidel.
