Was there a video of live baby dying on a table?
Was there not a discussion while that baby was shown dying on the table about dissecting a baby's brain while it was alive?
Are not those the facts?
OK now tell me how this was a misrepresentation that would discredit the PP videos in the minds of anyone who saw them?
This is what goes on in PP facilities every day. That was the point.
What they did was use stock footage of a dying baby on a table and interject it into the video while they were discussing what the woman did to such a baby.
The more the MSM talks about the video, the better it is for the pro-life movement. They don't want to talk about the video. They want to MOVE ON.
This will be off their radar screen before the day is over. They'll find some other way to discredit her. Just calling her an anti-abortion fanatic should do the trick.
How have they tried to discredit the videos up to this point?
And on abortion, the pro-life Fiorina strongly denied that she would take action to outlaw abortions, as Boxer has said. "She knows very well that this is not true. There are no circumstances under which a woman in California would be denied an abortion California," said Fiorina. She also added that Boxer is trying to change the subject from her "extreme views" that "a baby does not have rights until it leaves the hospital."http://talkingpointsmemo.com/dc/boxer-and-fiorina-slug-it-out-in-debate
On Stem-cell research: Fiorina said she felt comfortable allowing federal funding to go to research using adult stem cells, as well as embryos that would have been destroyed otherwise. "It is when embryos are produced for the purposes of destruction, for the purposes of stem cell research that I have a great deal of difficulty," she said. Boxer did not address the question, which was directed to Fiorina. Source: Los Angeles Times coverage of 2010 CA Senate Debate , Sep 2, 2010
If embryos are created to be used for stem cell research, then she opposes it.
If they are being destroyed anyway (stem cell harvesting of aborted babies), then it sounds like she supported that in 2010.
