Cruz was definitely on point last night. Again, a dumb format, contrived efforts to create conflict, and a terrible effort at balancing air time. All for the purpose of ‘reality TV’.
But, through it all, Cruz was clear, concise, precise, and the star of the truth.
True about Cruz, but I have a theory: I have worked with one of his senior communications guys, maybe THE senior coms guy - and that guy is a disaster...too cautious, not in touch with the base....I wonder if he’s giving Cruz bad advice (like he did to Newt, to Rick Perry, to Newts PAC, and to Todd Akin...going of for FOUR in just the 2012 cycle!
