Esav’s descendants created the ancient Roman Empire and later the Roman Catholic Church which then produced Protestant spin-offs. Later they created atheism and collectivism (producing socialism, communism, marxism, et al) which ended up with a 20 century mass murder of some 200 million people. And that’s not including the unborn.

Now we see Esav’s descendants teaming up with Yishmael’s descendants for one last push to destroy every good thing Yaakov’s descendants have created.

Too bad for Europe, it gave humanity this nation and its ideals...I guess that this civilizational suicide proves that nothing lasts forever. This is how Rome died - massive corruption and decadence (2 sides of the same coin), combined with massive immigration of hostile tribes.

I have heard this from some of the Rabbis, however I am not sure that DNA supports this. Esav’s descendants definitely helped Rome persecute the Jews. As far as creating atheism and collectivism (producing socialism, communism, marxism, et al), many of these people were backslidden Jews and Christians like Karl Marx, Joseph Stalin, Trotsky and the Bolsheviks.

That said, I do believe that Esav’s descendants have, and are, teaming up with Yishmael’s descendants for one last push to destroy every good thing Yaakov’s descendants have created. The Books of Obadiah, Malachi, and Zephaniah confirm this...
