I don't like trophy hunting, but there are lots of prey animals that don't miss this lion. Not our country or laws. People need to mind their own business and leave this man alone 50,000 dollars sure did help the economy of this poor country. The natives don't give a tinkers dam about the lion...they also kill people.....grow up people...

I agree. I have been on lots of hunts with my husband. Yes he was always looking for the biggest one, so I guess that made them trophy hunts. None of the meat was left on the ground. We either took it all home for the freezer or someone else took it home. Except for the bear, even our Indian guides wouldn’t eat the Bears.
