Of course they would rather destroy her, and this solution would be the easy way out, but from another thread, I read that Kentucky statute requires the Clerk's signature for a marriage license to be valid.

Just have the US Supreme Court issue every marriage certificate then, that should keep them busy

She doesn’t work for SCOTUS. She works for the state of Kentucky and Kentucky Law did not change.
