Actually Jeb is the biggest loser of the summer. But Walker is a close 2nd.
Anybody who manages to actually get anything done in a state or city or county is likely to hurt his chances of moving up politically.

The media is spiking or mangles Walker’s releases and interviews. He came out with a position on strengthening security on the northern border and the AP turned that into Walker wanting to build a Canadian wall.
Yesterday Walker blasted Obama’s use of the “Bully Pulpit” promoting racial division and hitting his involvement in “Black Lives Matter” but not opening his mouth as cops and non blacks are getting assulted and killed by blacks caused by his inflamatory rhetoric. All you heard about is Trump signing some paper.
