I personally wonder how many hands the C.I.A. put those emails in for this very thing.
Odds are if/when they are sold they will not be TS/Classified in nature but detail the Corruption of Bill And Hillary selling off American Assets for cash to friends, rogue nations, family.

So many charges here for both the buyer and hacker if they are legit and contained classified information. Espionage for the hacker to begin with, and the list of charges could be unending.
That said, nothing would taint Hillary. She has a free pass in all of this.
