A man's corpse was seen hanging by the neck from a highway sign on Wednesday morning on the Cross Island Parkway in Queens.
John Rynne, 57, was found hanging from the traffic advisory board at Exit 31 in Bayside. Police are currently investigating the case as a suicide.
