That’s from the Bandidos’ own press release. This was a scheduled meeting of COCI District 1 and Waco is NOT in District 1. I believe the police affidavits note that the District 1 meetings were always held in Austin before this, for twenty years or more.

Thanks for the link, but the Twin Peaks restaurant was not mentioned in the press release nor any other venue as the usual or unusual site for District 1 or any other TCOCI district meetings.

Well go look on the Texas COCI website and see for yourself if Waco is in District 1.

The affidavits do specifically mention this stuff about the meeting being changed and never having been held in Waco, let alone Twin Peaks before.
