Luther describes that, because of the weather, they drove to Waco from Collin County in two pick-up trucks. There were he, Prospect [that would be Cliff who is now paralyzed from the waist down] and his wife; Luther’s Cossack Club President [don’t know who he is] and wife, and the county Scimitar Club President [don’t know who he is either]. Didn’t get the total count of wives present.

He describes their arrival in the two pick-up trucks, noticing the various marked and unmarked LE presence, and does indeed state that he felt relieved because the LE were there to provide “coverage” in case the Bandidos started anything.

He stated that the parties in the two pick-up trucks separated; the men went on to TP, the wives took the other pick-up truck to meet other “POs” which he clarified meant “Property Of.”

So this is the section of the interview to review to get his take on the presence of LE.

Luther’s is the first testimony wherein it is revealed that Prospect was a former Bandido.

Then the Dallas Bandido group rolls into the patio parking lot, where Prospect was watching the Cossack bikes. This is when all Hades breaks out. And it makes sense. Not only was a Cossack “Prospect” “impeding” the Dallas County Bandido President’s parking options, said Cossack Prospect was a former Bandido! Talk about disrespect!

As has been stated here and elsewhere, “disrespect” is a capital crime in gang culture, and gang members are willing to BE KILLED! [see Campbell], as well as merely go to jail, or even prison for no small term, for defending the club/gang HONOR. Doesn’t matter how many Waco cops were there, or all the Kings Horses and all the Kings Men. Some things are more important to them.

The Bandidos put dudes around the TP’s in strategic locations.

I remember dudes here talking about that and saying that they were not involved because they were not in on TP’s property.
