Rabbits do the same thing. We had several who were on antibiotics, and we'd have to repopulate the gut with another rabbits poop...mix it with banana....deelish
My mother has been suffering from recurring C-diff for over a year. They told her that this was the next step and want to test me as a donor. Of course I pointed out that when I was a teenager my dad regularly told me he’d had enough of my sh*t. Go figure.
I also let out an eewww. Be careful around her, though. People with cdiff have a lot of diarrhea, which is extremely contangious. If she isn’t fiendish about washing her hands after handling her laundry, the virus could be on surfaces all over her home, etc.
