Critical Mass is a bunch of cyclo-anarchists that like to have these rides where they block traffic and make a major nuisance of themselves. Not good PR for bicycling at all.
I used to ride Critical Mass in San Francisco.
The only time I have ever seen overt pot smoking in front of the police with no repercussions.

Maybe we need a few corps of Hells Angels or Outlaws to mix in with them. Or a few coal rolling diesel pickups, LOL.
