Read his book. “Time to get Tough. He has a few other books too, that may help you understand what he’s saying.

From your lips to God’s ears!

The entire base is never only one thing. I would guess about 20%-30% still support GOPe.

Pegs likes Trump’s parties and events. She was doing these kind of articles for the Bamster his first election. I’ll bet he ignored her during his first term, because the second election she was not bragging on Barack.

All this blog click-here for more will draw the wrath of humble.That will be about as effective, and meaningful, as Jeb calling Trump a "jerk". :-)

The entire base went Tea Party. No one, including the media wants to acknowledge it.
That's true,and there's another thing. I'm bumping into ever more black and hispanic folks who agree.That's my point with all the Trump bashers - sure the guy has warts, but he has generated a coalition that just might put him in power and hopefully turn things around. Knock him out and that coalition will splinter and the elites will high five each other over pulling it off again.

Trump is all about "the deal." Trump is offering us a "deal."
Yes, exactly right. He is making a deal with the American people. Our part is to elect him president, his part is to build America again. As in any deal, there is a level of risk and a level of trust. Will he be a good deal for the country if we say yes? Just like any deal or contract we consider, there is always a risk and a trust issue.

I have to ask you: If you were to read the words of the column in full (I did), and did not know who wrote it bc there was no byline, would you agree or disagree in the main with its points?
++++
You are making my point. The words are fine but Peggy Noonan can turn on Trump in the wink of an eye. I don’t trust her despite her favorable comments.
