Carson s right next to him at 18% in Iowa to his 23% which is a drop for him there in the polls, while Cruz, Fiorina and Walket have come up or come back up, there, too.

And Trump has less than half the support among Hispanic voters and black voters (that Romney had in 2012) in the new Quinnipiac and Gallup polls. And the polls that track his negatives nationally - they aren’t so good, either.

Carson is also a non-politician and a safe place for Trump supporters to park their vote for a while. We all know that Carson is not going to get the nomination - but he could play a key role in a Trump Administration.

For all practical purposes, you can dump the Carson vote into the Trump column. People that are supporting Carson are certainly not going to switch to Jebby or any other establishment candidate.
