An “A-Team” at the FBI is spearheading an “extremely serious” investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email system, specifically focusing on a provision of the Espionage Act regarding the “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information,” according to an anonymous intelligence source.
The specific provision in question is 18 USC Sec. 793.
Fox News reported:
A separate source, who also was not authorized to speak on the record, said the FBI will further determine whether Clinton should have known, based on the quality and detail of the material, that emails passing through her server contained classified information regardless of the markings. … It is not clear how the FBI team’s findings will impact the probe itself. But the details offer a window into what investigators are looking for–as the Clinton campaign itself downplays the controversy.
While Clinton has repeatedly said she did not send or receive information marked as classified on her personal email, multiple messages held on her system have been flagged for containing classified information. Moreover, two of the emails have been determined by the inspector of the intelligence community to hold “top secret” information.
According to national security attorney Edward MacMahon, Jr., a violation of said provision of the Espionage Act would constitute a felony.

18USC Sec. 793 was never intended to apply to Hillary and/or the Obama folks. If you think/believe otherwise they have a place and intentions for you.
It depends on Bammy and HRC’s ongoing negotiations. The cards have not all been played yet.

I could be very wrong. There could be immediate results:
(1)The A-team finds nothing and the scandal becomes old news. (This really means Obama and DNC still support Hillary for POTUS)
(2)A-team finds what we already know: Hillary breached national security, lied about it and destroyed evidence to cover it up (Obama and DNC throw Hillary under the bus)
After Obama essentially ‘blessed’ Biden’s bid to run (as someone mentioned on one of the Sunday news shows) I think this means they’re going to take Hillary out. Dems do appear to be worried about her ability to make the sale.

The FBI A team???
Could this be just a cover screen? Saying you used your A team to thoroughly investigated Hillary and found no crime was committed. It covers them from criticism that they didn’t do an in depth investigation.
The FBI “A Team”. I see Hillary is home free.
Of course maybe just maybe they will decide that someone has to go to jail. Maybe the server admin at the company that "managed" her server will go to jail.
The only way this touches Hillary is if she did something to piss off Lord Obama. But that's a long shot.

I agree. They will make a big deal out of the investigation but in the end she will be cleared. It's all just one big damn joke.
