If you are intelligent as you claim to be, you will see that an assertion there is probable cause to arrest 182 (maybe some number fewer), at least for conspiracy, with showing up -- as a member of a OMG or associate as a show of force -- making them conspirators, that assertion implies that the probable cause to arrest them existed before the fight, on account of they have to show up in force, first.
