Although ‘Air Force One’ can describe any Air Force aircraft carrying the President, it is now standard practice to use the term to refer to specific planes equipped to transport the Commander-in-Chief.

I fully understand that "Air Force One" can describe any Air Force aircraft carrying the President, (a) Trump's plane is not an Air Force aircraft, and (b) Trump's plane lacks the defense systems, communication systems, refueling capacity, and other advanced technologies that Air Force One has. Trump (or any other President) would use Air Force One, not his own plane)
