If all the mendacious politicians who attend the joint session of congress next month (when they are addressed by Pope Francis) were somehow to be instantaneously vaporized, the halls of power in D.C. would become a veritable ghost town, there would be a vast improvement in congress, and it would smell a lot better down there too.

Recession proof economy?
I hit some traffic last week heading to Oakland airport area (baseball game traffic, too.) Cruising in 5 lanes of traffic going 15-20 mph.
Still moving, though, not like the start-stop on the Parkways here.
don’t know what they used as a gauge. all I know is that the summer FUN driving when there are lots of vacas and Congress is out, is OVER after next week, and it gets bad again.
Seemed to be time spent in traffic, over a year. Parkway East and West back up and are annoying but they are not that long (in time or distance).
my bro and SIL are looking in Canonsburg and surrounding area at houses this week. no matter what the traffic is there it will beat my brother’s hour and a half commute in Houston traffic.
There’s a statue of Perry Como on Canonsburg.
dang. will have to ask if they saw that.
apparently the Polish Prince was from Canonsburg as well... SIL said there’s something named for him as well. Assuming you know who that is....
My first guess would be margin of error fluctuation.
My second guess is since that poll has Carson down to 8% (down 4) that those points went straight to Huckabee.
