His actions and words indicate that he had a LOBOTOMY years ago!
I doubt that he’s any dumber that the affirmative action man-child currently occupying the White House.
What I find truly ironic is that for years the main argument against impeaching obama has always been, “yeah, right... and get Biden as president?”
And now good ol uncle Joe is now being suggested as the savior of the Democratic party.
Does he have the brains? No. But evidently, neither to about 53% of the voters, without counting cheating by the Dems.
Joe Biden doesn’t need brains to be president. Valerie Jarrett will do his thinking for him, as she does for Obama.
No, or to be a senator.

Sad commentary, but I am forced to remember that 49% (and some fraction) of the people are of below average intelligence.
It is unfortunate, but the current occupant of the Oval Office is proof enough that Biden doesn't have to be smart.
Every move will be scripted, and if he bungles that too badly, they'll stage a false flag event to clean up the mess and use it for an excuse to push more gun control.
Maybe he’s counting on getting a fetal brain transplant from the Planned Parenthood inventory of spare parts.
