No, the most likely scenario is that she set him up on purpose because he knew too much about things that would get her hanged. She has quite the record of that, you know.

That is my take also. Partly evidenced by her lack of support when the attack became known, and the quick misdirection (with the complicit, America hating Media's support) towards some dumb video.

I believe her total irresponsibility in handling her emails from the State Department is worthy of prison time - hacked, or not hacked, but I don't believe hacked emails were responsible for our Ambassador's murder.

We don’t have actual evidence her server was hacked (yet), although I find it likely that it was.

However, I don’t think that’s the real issue. I think she was a wholesale distributor of US national security secrets to buyers around the globe. That’s the only good explanation for the scale of the money that flowed to her - plenty of others have sold influence, but none have had their wealth increase by that magnitude for doing so.
