This is a must-see for the whole family. Your children will especially benefit as they will become aware of why so many Americans seem so 'sick' and they will be prompted to develop habits to avoid what awaits them.

There's also Part 2 out now and it is great.

The problem with a juicer is you toss our all the good fiber and pulp.

I put my veggies in a food processor and add enough water and fruit juice to thin it to a drinkable solution.

Hard to do but will try.

The video is real easy to watch at lunchtime or at home for dinner. Joe is really down-to-earth.

Joe found a way to ‘reboot’ his health and he documents a lot of normal everyday ordinary Americans, some who join him and the results are incredible.

It’s a temporary thing, not a forever thing. I love meat, love it! And Joe is NOT saying people like me need to give it up, He’s telling people they need to get in shape, get in balance but it’s the way he brings it across that is award-winning.

But the thing that is different is this is like talking to your neighbor, your friends; it’s not some hyped-up salesperson trying to push vitamins, supplements. It’s brutally honest and well-done.

Yeah Rooster that’s good what you said.

Joe is NOT trying to sell juicers or juice fast diets. He’s trying to get himself well and his documentary is about waking up to lifestyle.

I have never done Joe’s juice diet and don’t intend to. But I’ve seen so many of the types of Americans that Joe films.

It’s the stories that are so well done. The juice diet is not so important as is the wake-up call to people.

Throw away your fridge and even if you drive everywhere else, walk when you go to the store for fresh groceries.

There’s something about walking chasing your dinner that makes the exercise fly by.

This movie has been on Netflix Streaming forever. I couldn’t watch it, too many carbs, not enough protien. I have lost weight, kept healthy on the Adkins diet, lowered my BP, my skin is babylike and smooth, and even my hair is thicker.

The story about Phil is the best according to most viewers. His life turnaround is highly inspirational. His story starts about time 50:00 or so.

Part 2 of Joe’s documentary also shows the incredible turnaround of the gun shop owner.

Again it’s not about some crazy diet. It’s about awareness and attitude for ORDINARY people.

That’s good what you say and big thumbs up for Adkins diet.

Try watching the film and ignore the veggie carb load aspect of it. It’s really about people and their awareness and attitude.

You couldn’t have done what you did without preparing yourself mentally with a commitment and attitude change. That’s what this film is all about. But it’s not high pressure sales here, it’s just everyday people waking up. That’s the beauty of it.

I need protein too, carbs don’t do it for me. I lost weight on the Adkins diet a few years ago, I need to find my book and do it again.

My 52-year-old brother watched this and started the program. Within a couple of months it totally transformed his life. Before starting he was an obese couch potato. The other day he called me to tell me that his truck had a breakdown on the way home from a 6-mile nature run, so he just parked it and ran the remaining 4 miles home.

I'm trying to duplicate his accomplishment, and thus far have replaced two of my three daily meals with juice.

Low carb is the only way I can lose weight.

I've two juicer's...a older Champion..and an older VitaMix.

The Champion spits out all the pulp..generally. Although you can run it back thru...

The VitaMix does not spit it out...

They both have different qualities about them..that I like.
