Beginning at 31:50, Savage gets a caller(s) who explains more than Hillary needs the American people need to know about "SCIF"...First caller is "Gary" (31 min, 50 sec's in) with others chiming in later.
SCIF- Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility
A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF; pronounced "skiff") in United States military, security and intelligence parlance, is an enclosed area within a building that is used to process Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) types of classified information.

Thanks for posting. I heard some of this yesterday while driving and wanted to hear the whole thing.
Both Clinton and Obama had a very low regard for the military, security forces, intelligence agencies and anything including security protocols that emanated from them. The nation is paying a big price.
I spent most of my working time in the Air Force either on a plane or in a SCIF.
fyi
Both Clinton and Obama had a very low regard for America.
Interview with the intel guy starts at about 31:50 on the show.
Friend of the fam who works in a ‘sensitive industry’ calls it ‘the cave’.
It was probably more of an inconvenience to her staff to have to remove all the classified markings (in addition to being a crime) before emailing them to her. That leads us all right back to the question of why? Is she so autocratic and simultaneously stupid to think using the private email would be easier? Was she warned by her minions and she still insisted to use that insecure, unmonitored email? Is she smart and was conspiring to hide all her actions from the required archiving functions of the government? Either conclusion makes her unfit for any further service in the government.
The only thing I ever saw more secure than a SCIF in theater is an LCC at Malstrom AFB, a WSAs at Kings Bay, Barksdale, and Whiteman, and the Pantex plant areas. Saw an E-6 grabbed by the scruff of his neck and thrown out of the SCIF when his cell phone rang (can’t bring them in)
I was listening in the car for most of it and then two more security specialist, one with encryption TS level clearances called in to confirm everything Gary said and more.
AWACS? EP-3 here.... wanna arm wrestle?
what’s the gist? I can’t listen...
I did engineering for some buildings for Bechtel and SAIC in Oak Ridge 15+ years ago. They had SCIFs. It wasn’t that big of a deal, just full height insulated walls, might have had Faraday cage elements, separate HVAC system, that sort of thing.
Key point operationally was no telecom wiring going in, and I presumed they had procedures to control data storage in/out.
Oh, and I think they had “airlocks” with badge in/badge out. Can’t remember if that was these SCIFs, or some other facilities we did.
Someone had to steal info from the SCIF to get it to Hillary. SCIF can’t communicate with regular internet.
One of the most juvenile and fun things to do was to call out “UNCLEARED ONBOARD!” and cover up any screen and paper to prevent the viewing of said info by the uninitiated (aka uncleared.)
Who remembers?
The female caller that followed “Gary” had experience in this area and was baffled as to how such theft would occur as the USB drives in a “skiff” computer are disabled.
That must have been what I went in back in highschool. Had to sign in, verify all recording devices removed and then was led through an area where all monitors were shut off and blue lights were lit notifying the crew that no sensitive info could be displayed.
