The whole case against Tom Brady was phony from the start.
It started with dishonest leaks to the media, the phony Wells Report and the phony “generally aware” accusation.

Then came the refusal by Brady to give up his cell phone. The is nothing in the collective bargaining agreement that requires a player to surrender his cell phone. Brady was right not to give up his personal info.

Hopefully, the judge is starting to see through the NFL dishonesty and will disallow all penalties.

It will be great to see the Patriots with Brady against the Steelers in the season opener.

If he surrendered his phone, every lurid e-mail of his would be featured in the tabloids!

If correct, I think the NFL is in trouble. They could have at least hung their hat that the suspension was based on cover-up or some other BS. But what I have read, the report never proved the allegations and the NFL admitted as much in court.

However, Brady maybe screwed because even if the Judge rules in his favor the NFL can ignore. I think this was acknowledge in court.
