1) this guy isn’t a Pats fan.
2) you got pretty much every objective fact wrong. The months of lying by the NFL misinformed a lot of people who didn’t dig in to the details. Even those who did were mislead by outright and clear misrepresentation by the league when they held the transcripts sealed. The leak on the settlement was from the league, and appears to - again - have no basis in reality.
The NFL has already stated under oath that there’s no evidence of Brady involvement in any conspiracy to deflate footballs. They are arguing that even wrong, Goodell has the authority to impose punishment and that the court can’t challenge that.
Wells has also conceded that they are only arguing about .1-.2 PSI, with unknowns much larger than that.
Keyed is a New England sports reporter. The guy he is quoting is not.
All red herrings. The findings were that More than likely than not was aware
Of the tampering and given the great preponderance of supporting data the conclusion drawn by the NFL is valid.
Pat’s fans understandably will look for anything in these reports to excuse the behavior of Brady but it is far, far to late for Brady to salvage his reputation.
