Many people don't get that. Last week, Jennifer Harper, who writes the "Inside the Beltway" column at the Washington Times, wrote that Dr. Carson would be campaigning in "Forest Hills, outside New York City." Forest Hills is in Queens, one of the five boroughs. It's part of New York City. But as I said, non-New Yorkers sometimes don't understand how that works.

If ‘NYC’ is just Manhattan, I wonder how many total there’d be if they added in all 5 boroughs as a single ‘city’.
