Sounds more like his problems were with TSA. That being said, the TSA at the Reno airport are well above average from what I have seen. They run reasonably quick lines and appear to be good with families and the disabled.
The best part is that these fools are now marked for life by the TSA. If they think they were “dissed”...they haven’t seen anything. No TSA Pre Check for them
