I avoid Times Square at all costs.
It was nice for a while under Giuliani. Then Bloomberg had the stupid idea to set up that pedestrian mall.

I remember (unfortunately) what Times Square was like in the 60’s and 70’s..and Grand Central Station..gawd..what a mess..

Times Square will revert to 1970s grime levels if New Yorkers don’t do something about this. Such a shame.
