While Pan Am is gone and Ma Bell had been broken up, have you noticed that AT&T has gobbled up all the "Baby Bells?" My guess is that if they're not now, they will eventually be even bigger than before the break-up.

Their attitude, at least when trying to deal with business Internet tech support is back to the old "We don't have to care, we're the phone company!" attitude.
