Sometimes the NSA snoop assigned to Free Republic will mistakenly paste a copied FR post back on FR instead of on the NSA server.
At least that's my best guess.
It could also be a malfunctioning ztron recombiner flow through switch or an over limit decelerator pregauzer sensor.
