Everyone knows her private server was used for govt work and she had approval to do so. She will get a slap on the wrist for failure to scrub these 2 documents when she stepped down, but nothing more.

While her private server may have been approved, I am sure it is unclassified. That being said, that doesn't mean that the data contained within her emails wasn't sensitive in nature (FOUO). Generally, classified information is transmitted on a secure classified intranet that does not connect to the outside world. For Classified data to reach an unclassified system, someone would have to transfer it using an external media (USB/CD/DVD).

If it is true that she had classified data on her private server, she and I guarantee a few other people have violated numerous regulations and laws.
