Thanks. We only use canola oil every 2 or 3 weeks to fry chicken or shrimp. I don’t buy any prepackaged food for other reasons, I am allergic to corn so that is out. Butter and olive oil is it for day to day cooking.
Olive oil: Keep in a dark place, away from any heat. It also loses over half its beneficial effects after 6 months.
Also make sure you check the labels as most Virgin Olive oil
is mixed with other oils to increase profits....
