It's being condoned by the government. They're most likely sponsoring it. If that weren't the case, it would not be happening.
Yeah, what was I thinking. Obama is about to hand $150 billion to terrorists. That is just a drop in the bucket compared to what they will have at their disposal with the lifting of sanctions.
