I’m keeping my ‘87 with the slant six and manual tranny (provided the gears survive teaching grandkids to drive a stick).

Yep! I also have a '41 International in the herd. I showed the old Green Diamond Six to my nephew, (flathead, 1 bbl carb, etc.), who is used to modern engines buried in hoses and wiring. He said "Where's the rest of it, Uncle Joe?"

I told him, "It was 1941 and there was a war on. That's all you got."
