The author does observe that the OS core is solid, and in his final verdict says "Windows 10 is going to be great".
There's enough negatives there to give the cherry pickers enough ammo for a drive-by spray-and-pray, but there's more information there than you'd expect from reading the comments.
The problem with most of the recent articles bashing Windows 10 is that they’re pure FUD. I’ve yet to see one that wasn’t clickbait to drive traffic to the hosting site.
Microsoft was VERY clear that the core OS was their primary concern and consideration with the launch of Windows 10. They’re moving the platform to a service-based architecture to allow them to focus on security and content delivery vs. constant patching of the OS.
